The Most Royal Pizza Ever?

Crown Crust pizzas were introduced in the Middle East back in 2010, which had alternating meatballs and balls of Philadelphia-brand cream cheese baked into the crust.

Pizza Hut Middle East have done it again, but it looks like they’ve outdone themselves this time. They offer not one, but two alternatives to the menu — mini cheeseburger or chicken fillet crust pizza. Talk about a heart-attack waiting to happen.

Each outside crust stuffing seems to be accompanied by appropriately themed centre toppings.  You would think that Pizza Hut US or UK would’ve come up with this by now, but it seems the Middle East is ahead of the game when it comes to novelty pizzas.

The ‘let’s try to stump the pizza boy’ theme in the adverts is amusing but I’m not sure I can say that I’m tempted to try any of these.  That said, I’m pretty sure the hubs would been keen on trying both. Which one would you try?

  1. I don’t understand the point of messing with the crust, but then I’m a thin-as-possible crust lover anyway. I’d much rather have interesting toppings or cheeses! So the answer is I would try neither…
